A Portable Fire Extinguisher should receive an Annual review by a Certified Portable Fire Extinguisher Technician. The Inspection should be performed to NFPA 10 & 25 (NFPA 408 RE: Aircraft portables) Standard as well as abide by the local City and State Codes.

An Annual Sprinkler Inspection should be performed by a Certified Sprinkler Technician. The Inspection should be performed to NFPA 13, 13D, 13E, 13R, 16 & 25 Standard(s) (pending variables) as well as abide by the local City and State Codes.
An Automatic Fire Suppression Systems is an engineered set of components designed to control and extinguish fires without human intervention. Semi annual Fire Suppression System Inspection should be performed by a Certified Fire Suppression Technician. The Inspection should be performed to NFPA 17, 17a, 96, 1710 & 1720 Standard(s) (pending variables such as but not limited to Wet, Dry or Clean Agent) as well as abide by the local City and State Codes.
A backflow device is a RPZ Valve* which is installed onto a plumbing system to protect drinking water as well as the location(s) city water supply from contaminants. The device should be inspected by a Certified Backflow Technician. The Inspection should be performed to NFPA 25 Standard(s) (pending variables) as well as abide by the local City and State Codes.

A Portable Fire Extinguisher Gauge reading Recharge or Overcharged is due for Service. Technicians must maintain all portable fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA 10 & OSHA 29CFR1910.157(e) & (f).
